What is Lumpia Week?

Lumpia Week is a week-long, citywide celebration of Filipino cuisine, taking place March 10–16, 2026, and culminating in National Lumpia Day. Participating restaurants, food trucks, and caterers feature lumpia while diners visit multiple locations, earn points, and share their experience online.

Who is organizing Lumpia Week?

Lumpia Week is organized in partnership with the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce – Greater San Antonio (PACC-GSA), along with community partners, sponsors, and participating businesses.

Is there a cost to participate?

No. There is no cost to participate.
Participation is free for restaurants, food trucks, caterers, and attendees.

How does Lumpia Week drive customers?

Through coordinated citywide marketing, social media engagement, and community participation powered by official hashtags:

These hashtags help amplify posts, track engagement, and spread awareness throughout the week.

Restaurant-Specific Questions

What do restaurants need to offer?

Restaurants must offer at least one lumpia item during Lumpia Week. This can be a regular menu item, a special feature, or a limited-time variation.

Do we need to offer discounts?

No. Discounts are completely optional. You control pricing, portions, and availability.

How does check-in work at the restaurant?

You’ll display a provided QR code. Guests scan it to check in—no app download or staff involvement required.

Will our restaurant be promoted?

Yes. Participating restaurants are featured on the Lumpia Week website, digital map, and social media using official hashtags such as #LumpiaWeek and #LumpiaWeekSA.

Food Truck-Specific Questions

Can food trucks participate?

Yes. Food trucks are welcome and encouraged to participate.

How do check-ins work for food trucks?

The same QR check-in system applies. Guests scan the code at your truck to earn points and share their visit using #LumpiaWeekSA.

Caterer-Specific Questions

How can caterers participate?

Caterers can offer lumpia through catering packages, pre-orders, or office orders—especially for Bring Lumpia to Work Day.

How does Bring Lumpia to Work Day work for caterers?

On Friday, March 13, 2026, employees across San Antonio are encouraged to bring lumpia to the office and share with coworkers.

Caterers and restaurants are encouraged to promote:

  • Office-friendly trays or bundles

  • Corporate catering packages

  • Pickup and delivery options

Posts and photos from this day should use #BringLumpiaToWorkDay along with #LumpiaWeek.

Attendee-Specific Questions
